Sehr gute Kaufentscheidung
Als erfahrener Cowboy 4st-Fahrer (3 Jahre), kann ich sagen, das Cowboy Cross ST ist optisch und Haptisch eine Augenweide und es fährt sich super.

Rund um Zufrieden - jederzeit wieder
Hatte mich beim Termin der Abholung leider vertan und war einen Tag zu früh in den Store gefahren. Auf Hinweis, dass ich einen Tag zu früh sei, wurde mit einem Schmunzeln hinweg gesehen und es wurde alles noch am selben Tag erledigt und möglich gemacht. Es wurde sich für alles viel Zeit genommen und war sehr gewillt, mir das Rad noch am selben Tag zu übergeben. Auch das Einrichten der App wurde gemeinsam vorgenommen. Nach einer Probefahrt wurde das Übergabeprotokoll fertig gestellt und die Pedalen und Lenker wieder transportfertig demontiert. Auch beim Einladen ins Fahrzeug wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und ohne Probleme gerne geholfen. Toller Service und sehr freundliches Personal.
