Mid Drive Electric Bike
An mid drive electric bike is any e bike that has the motor placed in the crankset in the middle of the bike. The forward drive comes from the middle of the bike, hence the name "mid drive". A mid drive electric bike has a more natural feeling when cycling as the propulsion comes from the middle of the bike where you're pedalling, as opposed to from the rear. A mid drive electric bike tends to be more expensive however.
