1) How do I know what size bike I should buy?
a. The size depends on the type of bike as well as on your own height. For example, mountain bikes you should buy at a smaller frame size than you would a road bike. Take a look at our bike size guide to see what size bike is right for you.
2) How do I return an item?
a. After receiving your order you have 14 days to change your mind and return it to get a refund. To do this simply email us at service(at)vansprint(dot)co(dot)uk and we’ll take care of the rest!
3) How do I order VAT-free as a company?
a. Simply register as a company and enter your VAT details. Upon verification of your VAT details, you will be able to order tax-free.
4) When will I receive my order?
a. We offer next day shipping on all items that are in stock with us. Please bear in mind that import my take up to 10 working days. If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering then keep in mind that it can take 2-3 weeks before we can ship your order.
5) I have a question about a product, who do I contact?

6) How do I cancel my order?
a. Just send an email to service(at)vansprint(dot)co(dot)uk with the subject “Cancel order” and we’ll take care of it. If your order has already been dispatched you will receive a return label to return your order. You’ll receive your refund within 14 working days.
7) How do I book a test drive?
a. Just fill in the form to request a test drive or an email to service(at)vansprint(dot)co(dot)uk with the subject “Test drive” and we’ll get back to you. Thank you for understanding that we can currently offer test drives only in our store in Germany.
8) How much does shipping cost?
a. For a cart value below £500, we charge £19.99 for shipping. Everything above that is £75.00
9) Where can I go if I need service or maintenance?
a. In many regions we offer a mobile service that comes to your home to carry out maintenance or repairs. Contact us to find out if your region is covered. Provided it is a warranty case, we will cover the costs.
