Not happy with the colour? Or got the wrong size? If you need to return a product, you can easily do that within 30 days - no questions asked - by sending an email to We will arrange a pick up at your location by our carrier. No printing labels or carrying the package to the post office necessary!

How to arrange a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Our team will arrange pick up by our carrier from your house – you don’t have to print any labels or carry the package to your local post office.
  2. Take photos of the product before you ship it back to us. Make sure the photos show all angles and are not blurry.
  3. Place the product back in its original packaging. It should be well secured and intact.
  4. Take photos of the packaging, try to catch all angles.
  5. Send the photos to our customer service team.
  6. Our team will arrange pick up at your house.

What happens next?

If you want to return the item, our team will check the returned product once we receive it at our warehouse. If the product is fully intact, you will receive your full refund 7-14 business days after we have received the product. The refund will be processed under the same form of payment that you have used to make the original purchase.

If you would like to exchange the product, our customer service team will arrange the exchange with you. We will send a new product after the return check has been completed, or as soon as the exchange product is ready.

Please note: The item must be in perfect condition if returned. The item has to be securely packaged and shipped in the intact original packaging.

All dirt must be removed from the item prior to the return.

Please note that we can only allow returns if the total mileage is less than 50km.

If the above conditions are not met, a return can be refused or a partial refund can be agreed on.

Unfortunately, items that have been willfully damaged cannot be refunded.

If you have ordered a custom-made item for which there is no standard selection on the website (e.g. a unique color outside the standard colours offered), this item is unfortunately excluded from returns. If you are unsure if your item is custom-made, you can ask your service team for help.
