After you have placed your order, please make sure that your provided address is correct and includes

- your phone number
We are working with Emons to provide fast delivery in Europe. After we have received your payment, we will send your new e-bike on its way as soon as possible.
You will receive a tracking code to the email address you signed up with when Emons has confirmed the shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping for items in stock is 2 to 3 days. For items not in stock it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Contact us to get a precise delivery estimate on your order.
For a cart value below £500, we charge £19.99 for shipping. Everything above that is £79.99
Where do you ship to?
We provide shipping to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. This includes England, Scotland and Wales. For other destinations, please contact our customer service team.
Any issues with your delivery or your new e-bike?
If your bike arrives with heavy visible damage on the packaging, you can still accept it. Please make sure you ask the delivery driver to note down the damages and take photos if you can.
IMPORTANT: Please check your new e-bike for damage immediately after receipt and notify us of any damage within 3 days of receipt. Damage that is reported after this deadline is unfortunately not covered by transport insurance.
