Not happy with the colour? Or got the wrong size? If you need to return you can easily do that within 100 days - no questions asked - by sending an email to email@example.com.
We will arrange a pick up at your location by our carrier. No printing labels or carrying the package to the post office necessary!
If you want to exchange an item then simply request a return and place a new order for the correct item.
After we’ve received your return in good order you will receive your refund within 3 working days!
Please note that the item must be in perfect condition if returned. The item should be securely packed and shipped in intact packaging.
Unfortunately, items that have been wilfully damaged cannot be returned.
If you have ordered a custom-made item for which there is no standard selection on the website (e.g. a unique colour outside the standard colours offered), this item is unfortunately excluded from return.
